Do you remember when Bobby Brady's voice began to change and the Brady Bunch sang, "When It's Time to Change?" Well, that's how it seems here at Bluebird 1959 these days. My blog voice is changing. 😁😁
I've been retooling my blog behind the scenes all year and will be rolling out all of the exciting changes on October 31st! There will be lots of color, vintage and well loved decor all served up in a welcoming, 'old school decor blog' style. I think many of us miss the days when blogs were authentic, humble, kind and house shaming & snobbery was rare to non existent. Sigh...
My plan is to bring that back (at least in my blog) and who knows? Maybe it will spark a revival of bloggers who aren't pros, but love to decorate their homes and want to share that passion with others.

Jane, By the time I could really decorate...I no longer cared for showroom fashion. I have many likes and I use them in my decorating. I can not keep up at times. But I love people and would welcome them, praying they would not complain about my style or pile of papers on my desk or on the coffee table. LOL. I like seeing how people live.
