But, let's break this down...shall we?
Start with half a bag of shredded cheddar, a few cans of cream of mushroom (I use the light to save on some calories!), a can of green chilies for some zip, light sour cream....
Mix up half the soup/sour cream, chilies, cheese with the cubed chicken. Spoon into 8 tortillas, rolling them as you go and place in a 9X13 pan. Top with remaining soup mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for about 30 minutes.
Set a pretty table.......
