Jingle Bell Time Is A Swell Time To Rock The Night Away

Hi everyone!

I have a secret to share with you : I have been known to listen to Christmas music in February. March. Even June and September! Yep. I never tire of it. Never.

I thought I'd share with you some of my favorite holiday CD' s. Some you will recognize, but maybe there are a few that are new to your ears. All are worth a listen!

Need I say anything about this one?

A nice dose of my teen idol, David Cassidy! Santa brought me this album back in the day.

Classic and cool.

Baby Bluebird' s favorite band of all time put out a great CD when they were young.

Such a beautiful and spiritual voice.

Another beautiful voice - fun and inspiring.

Some really heart tugging songs on this one.

Beautiful harmonies by these ladies. Hey Santa!

Fabulous and a few different twists.

And just for pure, silly fun, a YouTube video of my all time favorite "holiday" song. Hilarious!!

So tell me...what are you go to Christmas songs? And even more importantly, have you ever heard of Yogi Yorgesson?

Thanks for stopping by,
Jane

  1. I love all of the above and like you, I listen to Christmas music whenever I want. I play the piano so it's literally at my fingertips. I have several books of Christmas music..but..BUT..I love to hear the old favorites. I wish now that I had saved my record player and music. What was I thinking in getting rid of them. How I wish I hadn't.
Thank you for stopping by and commenting. :) I appreciated it.

  5. I have some of those same Christmas CD's! I have never heard of Yogi before. Some of my faves are the soundtrack to Home Alone and the Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack.

  6. Hello Jane,
I'm coming over from my friend, Carla's blog. You have a terrific blog, and I love all these vintage pictures on here. I actually did a post about the children singing in the Trans-Siberian Orchestra. It's one of my favorite songs at Christmas. Oh, I see Vera's comment above. She is a dear lady with a good heart. You're from Wisconsin? My father-in-law was born in Wisconsin, and I heard it was so pretty there. I'm from California, and me and my daughters also have a blog. We would love it if you would visit us and follow, and I would certainly come back and follow you as well.

I hope to hear from you, Jane, and have a happy new year.
